I bought a ladybug tekno tancs and it broke after three years at the beginning of the covid pandemic so we waited a year before bringing it in for repair. They fixed it for $100 but within two months it broke again after light use. The say bring it in again and will charge for the repairs. Spent over $2000 and I very much regret it. Maybe we got a lemon.

Had to buy washer and dryer that met government standards for sanitizing. Wash and or dry time took forever, and not everything could go into the washer or dryer. Bought a ladybug tanks 2350, couldnt be more pleased and healthy. I have used tanks 2350 to kill MRSA, fleas, ticks and now COVID-19. Can’t put a price on health. Tried flea and tick meds on pet, which resulted in stroke for pet. I wound up in emergency room from touching pet with flea/tick meds. Now I can sterilize or just clean with the ladybug. I steam coats, rugs, handbags, shoes, all household surfaces including refrigerator, freezer, oven parts, mattresses, grout, shower tiles, outside of laptops, tablets, patio furniture, upholstery and air purifier parts. No chemicals, quick drying time. I decided our health far outweighed the cost of the machine.

I know its worth the money but financial I cant afford it. Anyone knows we’re to get a used one for around 6 or 700.00.. I wish ladybug could donate one to me lol. I heard a lot of good things about these steamers and hope to own one some day.

It was great for some things, but it wasn’t always worth using because it took me more time than using cleansers and rags, and it made a mess, blowing dirt all over the place (hence the towel behind the toilet hinges)… not to mention how it frizzes up your hair :-). I also missed the nice scent that using a cleaner leaves behind. After about 3-4 years it completely stopped working because it had melted part of itself and getting it fixed was more than I was willing to pay. My two-cents about units like these is, yes they are cool and fun at first, but you really don’t need one to clean and disinfect your house and using it gets old after a while, so keep that in mind before you fork out the bucks.

Ladybugs are very expensive home-grade units and their marketing tactics, including the nonsense TANCS, is deceptive at best and make no sense for anyone with half a brain. Also, there is no difference between steam and vapour, they are synonyms. Steam has different heat up points, but it is called superheated or saturated, and this is exactly what is coming out of this steam cleaner.

We got it a little over 5 years ago and it’s still going strong! Our clients absolutely love what it can do for their grout in the bathroom. For maintenance steam cleaning of floors we use an Oreck Steam-It Mop which uses similar dry vapour technology. The Ladybug definitely wins hands down!
